Part of an organization that wants to help homeless youth? Just a person (or group of people) who want to help out?
If so, an easy and fulfilling way of being involved in our program is to donate a lunch.
Our Youth House is open every Saturday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the youth are always hungry! We always serve lunch, but sometimes a group from the community will donate the time and food to provide lunch.
Bringing lunch is a great way to help out. It also provides an great opportunity to get to know the youth. Often groups will cook the lunch at the youth house, which lets everybody get to know each other better.
